Milorez ships hydrocarbon resin in 25 kg laminated woven or kraft paper bags, palletized and stretch-wrapped, with about 18 tonnes in a 20-foot FCL. Construction-grade PVA fiber loads about 12-15 tonnes per 20-foot FCL. We quote FOB Xiamen/Qingdao or CIF to four named destination ports.

Standard export packing

Typical values: the figures below are planning values, not guaranteed payloads. Final bag type, net weight, pallet plan, container payload, shipping marks, and destination requirements are confirmed in the quotation and packing list.

ProductPrimary packagingPallet and protection planTypical 20’ FCL load
MR-* hydrocarbon resin25 kg laminated woven bag or 25 kg kraft paper bagPalletized and stretch-wrappedApproximately 18 tonnes
MF-* construction-grade PVA fiberExport bags; unit bag weight confirmed for the selected gradePalletization, wrapping, and handling configuration confirmed in the orderApproximately 12-15 tonnes

For an 18-tonne resin load, the planning quantity is approximately 720 × 25 kg bags before any adjustment to the final container plan. The packing list and bill of lading must reflect the actual shipped quantity.

Details to approve before production

  • bag material and unit net weight;
  • buyer label and shipping-mark content;
  • lot identification on bags and documents;
  • pallet requirement and wrapping;
  • permitted mixed lots or grades, if any;
  • container payload and weight restrictions;
  • destination-specific pallet or packaging rules.

Do not leave destination packaging rules until the container is ready. Any special pallet material, fumigation evidence, label language, or receiving-warehouse limit should be included with the inquiry and confirmed before the purchase order.

Container and loading checks

Milorez’s pre-shipment scope ties the physical cargo to the approved order. Checks cover bag type, visible bag condition, unit weight basis, count, marks, lot identification, pallet arrangement, and stretch wrapping. Container condition and loading observations are included where agreed in the inspection scope.

Resin and PVA fiber have different packing density, so the same container size does not produce the same net payload. Carrier limits, pallet configuration, and the final packing dimensions can change the load. The proforma invoice should therefore use an approximate quantity until the packing plan is confirmed.

Export ports and commercial terms

Milorez supplies:

  • FOB Xiamen or Qingdao for buyers controlling the main ocean freight;
  • CIF Haiphong, Nhava Sheva, Mersin, or Jebel Ali when the buyer wants ocean freight and cargo insurance included to the named destination port.

CIF does not mean delivered duty paid. Import clearance, duty, tax, destination handling outside the quoted CIF scope, and inland delivery remain subject to the named Incoterm and the buyer’s local arrangements.

Standard payment is 30% TT + 70% against BL copy / LC at sight. The final proforma invoice should state the named port, Incoterm, cargo, packing, quantity tolerance if any, shipment window, documents, and payment trigger.

Indicative ocean transit times

Planning snapshot: 20 July 2026. These are approximate port-to-port ocean transit ranges compiled from currently published schedule and freight-route data. They exclude production, cargo cut-off, export clearance, origin dwell, destination clearance, and inland delivery. Transshipment, blank sailings, congestion, weather, and carrier routing can materially change the result.

Port of loadingPort of dischargeIndicative port-to-port timePlanning note
Xiamen (CNXMN)Haiphong (VNHPH)2-4 daysShort direct services are published on this lane.[1]
Qingdao (CNQIN)Haiphong (VNHPH)5-10 daysCurrent schedules show about 5 days; broader service guides show up to 7-10 days.[2]
Xiamen (CNXMN)Nhava Sheva / JNPT (INNSA)14-21 daysCurrent fast FCL schedules are near 14 days; broader China-India guidance allows about 21 days.[3]
Qingdao (CNQIN)Nhava Sheva / JNPT (INNSA)16-24 daysPublished current schedules and freight estimates vary by service.[4]
Xiamen (CNXMN)Mersin (TRMER)36-71 daysPublished options vary widely by carrier and transshipment; confirm the exact voyage.[5]
Qingdao (CNQIN)Mersin (TRMER)25-46+ daysA selected current schedule shows about 25 days, while route databases show about 46 days and slower options.[6]
Xiamen (CNXMN)Jebel Ali (AEJEA)16-21 daysPublished FCL guidance is generally within this range.[7]
Qingdao (CNQIN)Jebel Ali (AEJEA)19-28 daysCurrent fast schedules are near 19 days; broader 2026 planning data extends the range.[8]

Mersin deserves a larger schedule buffer than the other named ports because published services differ sharply. A quotation should identify the proposed routing, transshipment point if any, estimated departure, and estimated arrival. Treat any website range as an early planning input; use the booked carrier’s schedule for the purchase order and inventory plan.

Origin documents

  • Certificate of Origin (CO): a non-preferential origin document when the buyer or destination process requires it. Confirm the requested issuer and format before shipment.
  • Form E: a preferential Certificate of Origin used for qualifying trade under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area. It is relevant to eligible ASEAN destinations such as Vietnam, subject to product-specific origin rules and importer confirmation.
  • RCEP Certificate of Origin: a separate preferential-origin route for qualifying shipments among RCEP members. The importer should compare eligibility and tariff treatment rather than assuming RCEP is automatically better.

Form E and RCEP certificates are not generic documents for every destination. For the named routes on this page, they may be relevant to a qualifying Vietnam shipment; India, Türkiye, and the UAE are not destinations for an ASEAN-China Form E or an RCEP preference claim. Certificate availability, origin qualification, HS classification, and destination acceptance must be checked before the document cut-off.

Hydrocarbon resin is generally discussed under HS 3911.10 or 3911.90, depending on the product, while PVA fiber is discussed under HS 5503.90. The importer remains responsible for confirming the national tariff classification and any destination-specific import requirement.

Build the landed-cost request correctly

For a freight-ready quotation, provide:

  1. MR-* or MF-* grade, or the target specification and application;
  2. order quantity and preferred packing;
  3. destination port and requested FOB or CIF basis;
  4. consignee country and required document set;
  5. requested shipment window;
  6. any pallet, label, third-party inspection, or origin-certificate requirement.

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp chat on WhatsApp. If grade approval is still open, request a free 1-2 kg sample before the FCL order.

Frequently asked questions

How is hydrocarbon resin packed?

Hydrocarbon resin is supplied in 25 kg laminated woven bags or kraft paper bags. Bags are palletized and stretch-wrapped under the confirmed packing plan. A typical 20-foot FCL carries approximately 18 metric tonnes.

How is construction-grade PVA fiber packed?

PVA fiber is supplied in export bags, with unit bag weight, palletization, marks, and handling configuration confirmed for the selected MF-* grade in the quotation and packing plan. A typical 20-foot FCL carries approximately 12-15 metric tonnes.

What is the minimum shipment quantity?

The standard MOQ is one 20-foot FCL. Resin loading is approximately 18 tonnes; PVA fiber loading is approximately 12-15 tonnes. Final net weight depends on the approved packing configuration and carrier payload limits.

Which ports and Incoterms does Milorez offer?

Milorez offers FOB Xiamen or Qingdao and can quote CIF Haiphong, Nhava Sheva, Mersin, or Jebel Ali. The named port, Incoterms version, cargo details, and quotation validity should be shown on the proforma invoice.

How long does ocean shipping take?

Indicative port-to-port ranges run from roughly 2-10 days for Haiphong, 14-24 days for Nhava Sheva, 25-71 days for Mersin depending heavily on service, and 16-28 days for Jebel Ali. The actual booked carrier and voyage govern.

Which documents normally accompany a shipment?

The core set is commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and batch COA. A non-preferential Certificate of Origin, Form E, or RCEP Certificate of Origin is prepared only when requested, applicable, and confirmed for the destination and origin rules.

Are Form E and an RCEP Certificate the same document?

No. Form E supports qualifying ASEAN-China FTA claims, while an RCEP Certificate of Origin supports qualifying RCEP claims. They are preferential-origin documents, not generic substitutes for a standard Certificate of Origin. The importer should confirm eligibility and tariff benefit.
