MR-H110 is a water-white hydrogenated hydrocarbon tackifier with a nominal 110°C Ring-and-Ball softening point. It is designed for hot-melt and pressure-sensitive adhesives, hygiene and nonwoven bonding, packaging, sealants, and color-sensitive polymer modification requiring more cohesion than MR-H100. It may enter sourcing discussions around Escorez™ 5320, but its lower softening point makes it a screening alternative rather than a direct match.

Wax cloud point depends on the complete reference blend. Reported values are not comparable unless the EVA grade, paraffin melting point, component ratio, and cooling procedure are identical. Request method alignment when qualifying against an incumbent product.

Formulation and application notes

MR-H110 can be evaluated with SIS, SEBS, suitable SBS, EVA, APAO, metallocene polyolefins, butyl rubber, compatible oils, and petroleum waxes. Relative to MR-H100, the higher softening point can improve shear, warm-temperature cohesion, and heat resistance, but it can also raise blend viscosity and reduce low-temperature tack.

In hygiene and nonwoven formulations, assess process odor, spray or slot application, creep, bond integrity at low coating weight, and thermal aging. Water-white appearance does not itself establish regulatory suitability; any end-use requirement must be reviewed separately.

For packaging and assembly, test open time, set speed, substrate wetting, fiber tear, heat resistance, and viscosity throughout the operating window. For PSA, compare loop tack, peel, static shear, and failure mode after aging.

Public Escorez 5320 data reports a softening point near 124°C and viscosity at a stated temperature. A formulator seeking that exact high-temperature contribution should not treat MR-H110 as numerically equivalent. MR-H110 is relevant when a lower processing viscosity or softer performance balance is desired.

Packaging, MOQ, and shipment

MR-H110 is packed in 25 kg bags on pallets. The standard MOQ is 1 × 20’ FCL, approximately 18 metric tonnes. Quotations are available FOB Xiamen or FOB Qingdao. Milorez provides a free 1-2 kg sample, with courier freight collected, for laboratory screening.
