Milorez is a Fujian, China-based export trading company for hydrocarbon resins and construction-grade PVA fiber. We state that role plainly: we do not pretend to own the factories. Instead, we select and review partner plants, compare supply options, coordinate shipment QC, and remain the buyer’s accountable commercial contact.

Who we are

Milorez supplies MR-* hydrocarbon resin grades and MF-* PVA fiber grades to international buyers. The resin range covers C5 aliphatic, C9 aromatic hot-polymerized and cold-polymerized, C5/C9 copolymer, hydrogenated water-white, and DCPD petroleum resins. The fiber range focuses on construction-grade PVA.

Our operating position is specific:

  • the partner factory manufactures the goods;
  • Milorez manages product matching, commercial communication, export coordination, and pre-shipment QC;
  • the buyer receives a clear specification, commercial basis, inspection scope, and document plan before committing.

This separation is not something to hide. It lets each party’s responsibility be discussed before a problem occurs.

Why the trading-company model can work better for buyers

Compare more than one production source

A single factory naturally sells what its own lines produce. A transparent trader can compare reviewed sources against the buyer’s required chemistry, target properties, packing, shipment window, and landed-cost priorities.

That does not mean selecting the lowest quotation without context. The comparison must include specification fit, consistency, loading plan, documentation, and the cost of quality risk. Milorez applies factory-direct pricing discipline while keeping one commercial contact accountable for the complete export order.

Add an independent QC checkpoint

When the seller and manufacturer are presented as the same entity, buyers may not know who independently checked the shipment. Milorez confirms the purchase specification, coordinates relevant batch checks, reviews the COA, and verifies packing and markings before release. See how shipment QC works.

Third-party SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection is available on request. This is an optional inspection service, not a claim that Milorez or every partner factory holds an SGS or BV certification.

Preserve coordination and combined-loading flexibility

A trading structure can coordinate compatible items from more than one source where product compatibility, packing, customs classification, container loading, and timing permit. Any combined-loading plan is assessed case by case and written into the quotation and packing plan.

The standard MOQ remains 1 × 20’ FCL: approximately 18 tonnes for resin in 25 kg bags with pallets, or approximately 12-15 tonnes for PVA fiber, depending on packing. We do not imply that every mix of grades or product families can share a container.

Active company disclosure

The following identifiers are intentionally reserved for verified legal information. They help a buyer reconcile the website, contract, proforma invoice, beneficiary details, and China’s official company record. Replace each placeholder only after documentary verification; do not publish guessed data.

What our team coordinates

One Milorez commercial contact keeps the buyer’s request connected across the full order:

  1. Requirement definition: application, chemistry, target properties, incumbent reference, quantity, destination, and compliance needs.
  2. Source comparison: appropriate reviewed factories, grade fit, availability, pricing, and packing.
  3. Evaluation: technical data, a free 1-2 kg sample with freight collect, and clarification of trial criteria.
  4. Order control: confirmed specification, production follow-up, pre-shipment checks, loading, documents, and shipment status.
  5. Issue handling: one documented channel for questions, deviations, and corrective action.

We commit to an initial response within 24 hours. If the request needs laboratory, production, freight, or documentation confirmation, the initial reply will identify the open points rather than fill them with assumptions.

What a transparent quotation should show

A useful quotation is more than a unit price. Ask us to state:

  • the proposed MR-* or MF-* grade and specification basis;
  • packing and expected net container load;
  • MOQ and shipment port;
  • FOB or CIF scope and named destination;
  • sample and inspection arrangements;
  • payment terms;
  • document list and any preferential origin request;
  • quotation validity and unresolved technical points.

Standard terms are FOB Xiamen or Qingdao, with CIF quotations available for Haiphong, Nhava Sheva, Mersin, and Jebel Ali. Payment is 30% TT + 70% against BL copy / LC at sight. Review shipping, packaging, and document options before issuing a purchase order.

Start with a verifiable requirement

Send the application, target specification, order volume, destination port, and requested Incoterm to [email protected], or WhatsApp chat on WhatsApp. If formulation testing is the next decision gate, request a free sample.

Frequently asked questions

Is Milorez a factory?

No. Milorez is a trading company based in Fujian, China. We disclose that role because buyers should know who manufactures the goods, who signs the commercial contract, and who is accountable for export coordination and shipment QC.

Why buy through a trading company instead of one factory?

A trading company can compare suitable partner factories, match a requirement to the right production source, coordinate export details through one contact, and preserve sourcing flexibility when specifications or market conditions change.

How does Milorez select partner factories?

Selection reviews legal and operational basics, relevant production capability, quality-control resources, lot traceability, specification consistency, packaging, loading, and responsiveness to corrective action. The depth of review is matched to the product and order risk.

Can products from different sources be combined?

Compatible products may be coordinated in a combined shipment when product, packing, customs, and loading conditions allow. Feasibility is confirmed case by case. The standard commercial MOQ remains one 20-foot FCL.

How quickly will Milorez answer an inquiry?

Milorez commits to an initial response within 24 hours. A complete technical and commercial answer may require follow-up questions or confirmation from the selected production source.

How can a buyer verify Milorez's legal identity?

The legal Chinese company name, Unified Social Credit Code, and official registry link are reserved for publication in the disclosure block on this page. They must be verified and inserted before launch; placeholders are intentionally not presented as company facts.
