MR-H100 is a fully hydrogenated, water-white hydrocarbon tackifier with a nominal 100°C softening point and APHA color of 50 maximum. It is intended for hygiene and nonwoven adhesives, packaging hot melts, pressure-sensitive adhesives, assembly products, sealants, and color-sensitive compounds. Benchmark screening includes Escorez™ 5300, Eastotac™ H-100, and SUKOREZ® SU-100-class resins.

Wax cloud point is not an intrinsic standalone resin constant. It must be reported with the reference EVA, wax, blend ratio, heating cycle, and observation method. Ask Milorez to align the method with your incumbent TDS before comparing values.

Formulation and application notes

MR-H100 can be evaluated with SIS, SEBS, selected SBS, EVA, APAO, metallocene polyolefins, polyisobutylene, butyl rubber, and compatible waxes and oils. Full hydrogenation is selected where initial color, color retention, and oxidative stability matter more than the broader polarity range of an aromatic resin.

For hygiene or nonwoven hot melts, test odor in the complete formulation, spray or slot-coat behavior, bond strength at low add-on, creep, and thermal aging. No raw-material data point by itself establishes suitability for skin-contact or regulated use.

For packaging and assembly adhesives, measure melt viscosity at production temperature, open time, set speed, fiber tear, heat resistance, and aging on the actual substrates. In PSA systems, compare loop tack, peel, shear, and failure mode. Full hydrogenation may improve color stability but does not guarantee compatibility with every polymer or plasticizer.

The published benchmark grades differ in softening point and viscosity test temperature. Normalize methods before drawing conclusions: 200 cP at 190°C is not directly comparable with 700 cP at 160°C.

Packaging, MOQ, and shipment

MR-H100 is supplied in 25 kg bags on pallets. Standard MOQ is 1 × 20’ FCL, approximately 18 metric tonnes. Milorez quotes FOB Xiamen or FOB Qingdao. A free 1-2 kg sample is available for laboratory qualification, with courier freight collected.
